Cancelling your Subscription to the Salesbolt Extension

Cancelling - and you have the Chrome Extension Installed

Please note - for security, this requires you to be a Salesforce Admin, or have "Modify All Data" enabled in your Salesforce profile.


From the extension, navigate to the Billing tab, using the Gear to get to Salesbolt Settings.



Then click the button "Cancel Subscription".


This will take you to the Stripe Billing Portal, where you will see a button "Cancel Plan". And then you can cancel.


Cancelling - and you have uninstalled the Chrome Extension

If you have uninstalled the Chrome Extension (or your Salesforce User/Org is inactive), there is no self-service way to cancel. Please file a case using this support portal. https://salesbolt.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
