Step 1: Install the app (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N4V00000FN8XVUA1)
While installing Salesbolt, if you selected (Install for All Users) everyone in your Salesforce org should have access.
If you selected (Install for Admins Only) or (Install for Specific Profiles Only) then I think you can simply reload/update the package by following the first install step again.
When doing that with any Salesforce Managed Package you will be prompted to this time "Upgrade" you will see the (3) above options here, just select "Install for All Users" before proceeding. You may have already done this while installing, if so you need not do a thing. Just have any other user search for the Salesbolt App within your Salesforce instance.

Step 2: Assign Permission Set(s)
After installation, grant the correct permissions to your users:
In Salesforce Setup, search for Permission Sets in the Quick Find bar.
Locate:
Salesbolt User (standard user access)
Salesbolt Admin (admin-level access)
Open the desired permission set.
Click Manage Assignments → Add Assignments.
Select the appropriate users and click Assign.
? Note for admins: Ensure you are adding the appropriate permission set — either Salesbolt User or Salesbolt Admin, depending on your requirement.
